The website itself does not set any tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics on it. Browsing these pages does not create a profile of you.

When you book an appointment

Online booking is provided by subba, a product of Polarize Ltd, embedded on our "Book" and "Manage booking" pages. When you make or manage a booking you enter your name, email and (optionally) phone number so we can confirm and manage your appointment and send reminders.

That information is processed by subba on our behalf to run the booking. It is not sold or used for advertising. See subba.pro for how the booking platform handles data.

Your rights

You can ask us what booking information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we'll help.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows the latest version.
